- Managers approve each prospect list
- Reps input into CRM with SAE ID
- Assign revenue goals to targets in meetings with SAE team during launch week
- SAE team provides final roadmap to goal
- Managers assign each rep an SAE revenue goal
- Targets and Reps revenue goals and prospects are tracked weekly using the status report
